PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy beam-curable composition having adhesivity to an untreated plastic raw material or the like, including PET, and further having flexibility, solvent resistance, and tack-free properties. SOLUTION: This active energy beam-curable composition contains a modified polymer which is formed by introducing double bonds having active energy beam curability into a copolymer formed out of a monomer component consisting of N-vinylamide and an alkyl (meth)acrylate as an essential component.
