PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core adaptable to a normal wheel provided with a general rim and easily attachable without using special tool and device, a pneumatic tire wheel and its attaching method. SOLUTION: This substantially annular core 10 for a runflat tire is attached to the rim. The core 10 is provided with a divided part 5 formed at least one portion of a peripheral direction, a blind-like cord 1 extended from one divided surface 51 of the divided part 5 and laid over the other divided part 52, a guide pulley 7 constituted to adjust the peripheral direction length of the core 10 via the cord 1, a winding pulley 8 and a rachet 9.
