摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a bridging at a discharge port even if fine fragments in a storage tank have physical properties of high bindingness and compressibility. SOLUTION: A discharge port 1a is formed at the center of the bottom of a square storage tank 1. The inner bottom surface of the storage tank 1 is made to slope down toward the discharge port 1a to form a sloped surface 1b. Rotary vanes 2a of a stirrer 2, each of which consists of four vanes attached radially and projectingly to a rotating shaft 2c, are supported pivotally on the inner bottom surface at an identical distance to enclose the discharge port 1a. On the outer bottom surface of the storage tank 1, the output shaft of each motor 2b capable of rotating clockwise/counterclockwise is attached pivotally to the rotating shaft 2c of each rotary vane 2a. Above the discharge port 1a, a conical body 4 having a diameter larger than that of the discharge port 1a is arranged at a prescribed level, and a feeder 3 is fitted on the discharge port 1a.
