<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic surgical apparatus which can be used by switching functions by one treatment implement, particularly apparatus with which a plurality of treatments such as an ultrasonic coagulotomy, ultrasonic suction are possible. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic surgical apparatus using one treatment implement having the functions of an ultrasonic coagulotomy instrument and an ultrasonic suction instrument by switching is provided with a means for detecting the switching of an ultrasonic coagulotomy function part and an ultrasonic suction function part. When a suitable driving condition or a driving condition desired by a surgeon is set to a selected function part or the function part is switched and selected, a driving condition before switching is automatically reset, or change by the surgeon is possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
