PURPOSE: Net type double air mesh textile and a swimming suit/a lifesaving suit fabric using the textile are characterized by having excellent quick dry function, thermo-keeping property, force of restitution and flotage, being used semi-permanently and being light. The textile is useful for a hat, sports wear, a towel, a blanket, a mat stockings, soccer socks, sports equipment and a filler constituting a cushion. CONSTITUTION: Net type double air mesh textile comprises: an upper net(10) which is woven on a fine net type, having excellent air permeability; a lower net(20) which is woven on a fine net type and is separated from the upper net at proper interval, having excellent air permeability; and an elastic yarn(30) filled between the upper net and the lower net, adhered a part which the upper net and the lower net are contacted on and twisted between the upper net and the lower net on a spring type. A swimming suit/a lifesaving suit are obtained by the steps of: protective-coating space between the upper net and the lower net with synthetic resin to seal the space and to form flotage; and then sealing circumference.
