PURPOSE: Provided is an enclosed applicator to be completely sealed within a housing along with fluid such as disinfectant or other medications, and to be conveniently used by overcoming surface tension and discharging fluids from a tubular vessel with a small diameter. CONSTITUTION: The enclosed applicator comprises an applicator(1) with an applicator tip sealed along with a fluid(2) within an elongated housing(3) with an opening member(4) near the applicator tip(5). When the elongated housing is opened through the opening member, the applicator tip is exposed and the fluid in the elongated housing may be applied by the applicator tip to desired locations. The opening member is a twist-off cap, a screw-on cap, or a breakable reduced section. The applicator and the elongated housing are formed as a single device. The applicator and the elongated housing are formed by a blow molding process.
