PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of a hardware amount and to perform the check of a microprogram without increasing the capacity of the microprogram. SOLUTION: A processor 11 is provided with a check data memory 13 storing check data, a microprogram memory 14 which is a control storage storing the microprogram and a microaddress register 15 holding a microaddress for the microprogram memory 14. Whether or not a part of the microaddress inside the microaddress register 15 is a specified value is detected by a detection circuit 16, the output of the check data memory 13 and the microprogram from a main memory unit 12 are compared by a comparator circuit 17, and when they do not match, microprogram incorrect signals are outputted. Also, when an error is detected in a parity error check circuit 20, rewrite is performed to the microprogram memory 14. |
