PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method suitable for the large-scale production of a polymeric micelle containing a hardly water-soluble medicament. SOLUTION: This method comprises the steps of preparing an aqueous dispersion containing a block copolymer and an auxiliary selected from the group consisting of saccharides, inorganic salts and polyethylene glycol, and mixing the aqueous dispersion with specially prepared organic solvent solution of the medicament. |
