PURPOSE: A bio room integrated management system and its control method are provided to maintain stable air in a number of bio rooms through difference pressure control and also to improve reliability of an experiment. CONSTITUTION: The bio room integrated management system(2) controls air pressure in a number of bio rooms(3,4,5,6). The bio room integrated management system includes a room control unit(100) controls air pressure in the bio rooms to be in a stationary state according to a set value. And a main control unit(200) receives a control signal of the room control unit and manages its control state. The room control unit includes pressure sensors(3a,4a,5a,6a) measuring air pressure in the bio room, and controllers(10,30,50,70) controlling to maintain the stationary state.
