he invention relates to a floating oceanographic data-measuring station being presented in a multi-shaped design, what means that its final shape is created in relationship to the measurements and equipment of organs required by the final user. So far, the floating stations of oceanographic measurements have been designed to receive a precise number of sensing elements, while the form of their hull is defined by the kind of measurements to be done. Later equipment with sensing elements exceeding in number the sensing elements provided by the construction design proved to be almost impossible. Considering its modular construction, the precise oceanographic station is designed to operate in, at least, four independent geometrical forms. Consequently, it can be equipped with different oceanographic organs, while gradual extension of the station is enabled. Alternately, it can operate as a floating sphere for waves measurements, as a floating sphere incorporated to the central frame equipped with a few organs, as a medium-sized platform of measurements with sufficient meteorological and environmental organs, and as an extended environmental platform equipped with additional voluminous undersea organs adapted to the anchoring section. |
