PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL WITH SHAPE-IMPROVED ADDRESS ELECTRODE

PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to increase stability of address discharge by improving a shape of an address electrode. CONSTITUTION: Address electrodes(8) are formed on a first substrate(2). A main separation wall(12) is disposed between the first substrate and a second substrate to form discharge cells. Fluorescent layers(14R,14G,14B) are formed inside the respective discharge cells. A scan electrode(16) and a display electrode(18) are formed on the second substrate. The scan electrode and the display electrode include bus electrodes(16a,18a) and protruded electrodes(16b,18b). The address electrode includes a line unit(8a) and an expanded unit(8b) that is expanded from the line unit at an opposite portion of scan electrode, corresponding to shape of the protruded electrode of the scan electrode.
