SOLAR CELL CAPABLE OF PREVENTING DEGRADATION OF PROPERTIES IN THIN FILM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A solar cell and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the degradation of properties in a thin film due to Staebler-Wronski effect by integrating a thin film heater in the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell element region(50) is formed by depositing sequentially a first electrode, a P type semiconductor layer, an absorption layer, an N type semiconductor layer and a second electrode on a substrate. An insulating layer(16) is formed on the second electrode. A thin film heater pattern(17) is formed on the insulating layer. A protecting layer for protecting the thin film heater pattern from the outside is formed thereon.
