摘要 PURPOSE: A pillar anchor and a production method are provided to simply produce and to reduce the number of processes by forming a C shape in a faced part with a belt, to reduce the damage through the corrosion and to smoothly move the belt on the inner circumference of a belt insertion slot by entirely forming the inner circumference of the belt insertion slot with a steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A pillar anchor(10) comprises a pair of separated plates(20) to be faced each other. The separated plates comprises sticking portions(20A) and belt protection/support portions(20B) respectively. Sticking slots(22) to stick the pillar anchor to a chassis is formed in the sticking portions. A combination/protrusion portion to be protruded to a rear face by a burring process is formed in the girth of the sticking slot in one separated plate. A combination/recess portion by a foaming process is formed in the girth of the sticking slot in another separated plate. The combination/protrusion portion is combined with the combination/recess portion by a compressing process. A belt insertion slot to insert a belt is formed in the belt protection/support portion. A first and a second long portions and a first and a second short portions of the belt insertion slot form curved faces of the belt insertion slot by a curvature curling process after protruding to the rear sides through the burring process respectively. In facing the separated substrates, a C-shaped belt contact portion is formed by facing the ends of the curved faces of the belt insertion slots. Outline curved faces of the belt protection/support portion are formed by protruding the girth of the belt protrusion/support portion toward the rear side through a primary and a secondary bending processes. A holding portion is formed by facing the ends of the outline curved faces when each separated plates are faced. The ends of the long portions and the short portions are rounded. Boundary inclination faces(25) are formed between the sticking portions and the belt protection/support portions.
