PURPOSE: An open purchase system of an apartment management office for selecting a construction company through the Internet is provided to enable a buyer to conveniently/fairly select the optimal construction company by offering various estimation history information for joined companies and estimations for each item. CONSTITUTION: A purchase personnel staff publicizes purchase particulars by connecting to a web site(110). The construction company offers the detail estimation for interested open purchase particulars after viewing the open purchase particulars by connecting to the web site(130). The purchase staff inquires estimation price and company PR(Public Relation) information for the upper five companies after expiration by connecting to the web site(140). At the same time, an estimation result is sent to each joined companies by an email(160). The purchase staff inquires the previous estimation history result information for the upper five companies(170).
