PURPOSE: A condenser manufacturing method is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and impurities remaining in a condenser associated with a residual current by reducing the number of steps required in manufacturing the niobium-based condenser. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of niobium suboxide particles are compressed to form a mixture for powder. The mixture for powder is sintered to obtain porous anode body. The niobium suboxide powder is mixed with valve metallic powders which serve as a compression and sintering subsidiary agent before the compression operation. The sintering subsidiary agent is niobium metallic powder.
