PURPOSE: A cover for a temperature maintenance device is provided which is used in maintaining a user's body temperature at an appropriate level by applying the temperature maintenance device on a user's forehead or other painful body part to cool down the temperature without offending the user due to an abrupt contact with an extremely cold portion of the device. CONSTITUTION: The cover(1) comprises: thermally sealable portions(2); a plurality of independent hollows(4) made of an airtight, bendable material and filled with air to provide a cushioning function; binding portions(6); circumferential portions(7); edge portions(9); and an interior portion(11) for accommodating the temperature maintaining device.
