PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a big capacity solid electrolytic capacitor is provided to maximize the capacity of a capacitor element by fusing a metallic wire as far as possible from a plus lead frame. CONSTITUTION: A metallic wire(20) is inserted to a metal powder and an element is formed. The element is sintered. The metallic wire is fused on an aluminum belt. A dielectric layer is formed by coating the metallic wire. A solid electrolytic layer is formed by burning the sintered element. A capacitor element(13) is formed by applying carbon or silver. A minus lead frame(40) is attached to the capacitor element by using a silver adhesive(41). A plus lead frame is point-fused on the metallic wire. The capacitor element is molded using an epoxy resin to expose a fused portion of the metallic wire. A center of a molded result(50) is enclosed by a cover. A nickel layer(81) and a tin layer(82) are sequentially vaporized on the molded result. The cover is disassembled to form electrode terminals(30a,40a). |
