PURPOSE: An environment-friendly, multi-functional, highly-absorptive pad is provided which is capable of efficiently absorbing and occluding secretion, blood or body fluids, and decomposing and removing offensive smell by providing a multi-layered complex structure. CONSTITUTION: The highly-absorptive pad(100) comprises: a contaminant absorbing layer(110) having a polyolefin knit(112) and a polyolefin non-woven fabric(114); a contaminant occluding/decomposing sheet layer(120) having an absorptive filler member(122), photocatalyst-coated non-woven pulp fabric(124,124a), pulp-sheet non-woven fabric(126), and a thermally fused diaper(128); and rayon pulp regenerative fiber layer(130). |
