PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a molded foam which prevents the generation of static-electricity and furthermore blocks electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION: The anti-electrostatic molded foam is manufactured by the method comprising the processes of: mastication of 55 parts by weight of ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer rubber and 16 parts by weight of nitrile rubber at a temperature of -30 to 120deg.C; admixing a foaming agent, a plasticizer, a softening agent, process oil, a filling agent, stearic acid, sulfur, carbon black and a conductive carbon to the rubber, followed by kneading; dispersing the mixture with a high speed mixer, followed by heat-lowering; aging the mixture with a roller, followed by expansion molding; processing the foam-molded mixture with an oil press; and applying an adhesive onto a side of a processed product, followed by attaching a film thereon.
