PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential driving device, controlling the torque distribution between the wheel of a driven axle regardless of a rotating speed condition, and connecting an optional alternative axle when required. SOLUTION: This differential driving device includes: one input element E and three output elements A1, A2, A3 mutually constituting a differential effect, wherein a fixed proportion exists between the transmitted input torque and each output torque directly transmitted to the output elements, and one A3of the output elements is connected to the other two output elements A1, A2 through at least one coupling K1, K2.
