FIELD: medicine, toxicology. ^ SUBSTANCE: at patient's hospitalization one should detect the values of patient's state such as: the state of consciousness, availability of spasms, scleral injectivity degree, headache, nystagmus, vertigo, ataxia, respiration frequency, exposure of poisoning substance, patient's age, concentration of carboxyhemoglobin, prothrombin index (PTI), creatinine amount and that of leukocytes, sedimentation rate and patient's body temperature. Each parameter should be evaluated in points to sum them up finally. By the value of summed up points it is possible to evaluate indication for urgent hospitalization into resuscitation department.
