FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed wheel contains hub, flexible rim and flexible spokes some ends of which are brought to each other and rigidly connected with rim, and other ends are spaced and connected with hub. Spokes of pairs are arranged on opposite sides of wheel forming two circular rows of spokes installed with tilting and clearance. Ends of pairs of spokes secured on rim are arranged coaxially.
