<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process sensitive information while shielding from electronically transmitted messages such as inquiries and complaints. <P>SOLUTION: A customer transmits a message to a consultation center clerk (X1). The message is relayed by a message processor 10, and each process of sensitivity expression extraction (X2), unique expression extraction (X3), ranking (X4), destination candidate discrimination (X5), and markup process (X6) is executed thereto. The message is transferred to a person in charge of development through a consultation center clerk. At this time, the message processor 10 performs shielding process of a unique expression (X9). An answer message is relayed by the message processor 10 and transmitted to the consultation center clerk. At this time, the shielded part in the message is restored to the unique expression (X12 and X13).
