PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional cutter is not good in use because paper with a soft end plastic sheets easily adhering to something is hard to insert when the end of the paper 12 is inserted in a gap 11 of the cutter, when the cutter designed to cut a rolled paper 5 wound in a roll by one hand is used. SOLUTION: A cut 6 for setting the paper by sliding the paper from the side is provided in the gap 11 for inserting the paper on the cutter in order to set the paper on the cutter 3 easily.
