PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing method and a packing device in which the packing ratio can be improved and stabilized when powder or the like is simultaneously packed into a plurality of tubes. SOLUTION: A plurality of long-tubes 1 erected in a vertical direction are supported at the upper, lower and intermediate positions. A vibration applicator 29 causes vibration to the longitudinal direction of each long-length tube 1 by transmitting the vibration to vibration transmission boards 8 in a lower supporting means, and powder or solid is packed into the long-length tube, wherein, the acceleration of the vibration applied from the vibration applicator 29 to the long-length tube 1 is controlled to 62 m/s2.
