PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the analysis accuracy of grounding performance of a tire, concerning a structure physical characteristic estimating method and program capable of improving the analysis accuracy of grounding performance. SOLUTION: The tire and a thread block are modeled by means of a finite-element method (a step S101). At a certain time t, grounding pressure, shearing force, and other physical amount of nodal points composing the tire are mapped (transferred) on cells in a transfer range (a step S102). Then, the mapping is repeated about each time step t<SB>0</SB>, t<SB>1</SB>, t<SB>2</SB>, ..., t<SB>m</SB>(a step S103), and the physical amount of the grounding nodal points at each time is entirely mapped in the transfer range. M pieces of the transfer ranges (m is an integer) obtained by mapping are subjected to noise eliminating processing (a step S104), thereby obtaining smoothed physical amount.
