The actuator drive (29) is conductively connected to an energy store and/or an energy source (42) disposed in the shoe bottom part (3) or in the cuff part (7) and a switch means (44) is connected upstream of the actuator drive (29) to supply the actuator drive (29) with power from the energy source (42) and/or the energy store.
