PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger module of uniform blowout air speed and small blasting noise by combining a piezoelectric fan and a heat exchanger, and to provide an outdoor machine and an indoor machine for an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger module is constituted by connecting a plurality of heat exchange units U respectively composed of the piezoelectric fan 1 composed of a pair of piezoelectric elements 2, 2 and a thin plate-shaped blade 3 held between the piezoelectric elements 2, 2 and being reciprocated and vibrated, and the heat exchanger 4 mounted at an air blowout side of the piezoelectric fan 1. Whereby in this heat exchanger module, the air flow W blown out from the blade 3 composing the piezoelectric fan 1, becomes the approximately straight flow not having a rotating component, and is passed through the heat exchanger 4 at a uniform passing air speed.
