<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent so-called 'looking at each other' that is the contending of users and occurs in a ticket examination path of a bidirectional noncontact type automatic ticket gate. <P>SOLUTION: The noncontact type automatic ticket gate has an entry side display part installed on an end face of the entry side of a housing forming the main body of the noncontact type automatic ticket gate, an exit side display part installed on an end face of the exit side of the housing, an entry side human detector for detecting a user positioned at an inlet on the entry side of the ticket examination path of the main body of the noncontact type automatic ticket gate, an exit side human detector for detecting a user positioned at an inlet on the exit side of the ticket examination path, and a display control means which when the entry side human detector detects a user faster than the exit side human detector does, provides prescribed display for prohibiting entry into the ticket examination path on the exit side display part, and when the exit side human detector detects a user faster than the entry side human detector does, provides prescribed display for prohibiting entry into the ticket examination path on the entry side display part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
