PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a title cover insertion device which well restores a title cover to a developed state after the insertion into a case and can correctly position an end of the title cover aligned with a fixed part of a transparent cover. SOLUTION: The title cover insertion device includes a rolling mechanism 44 capable of displacing between a reception state for receiving the developed title cover 18 and a deforming state for deforming the title cover, a driving mechanism 46 for driving the rolling mechanism 44 to displace between the deforming state and the reception state, and an urging member 48 for urging the mechanism 44 to restore to the reception state. The rolling mechanism 44 deforms the title cover 18 after it receives the cover 18 in the reception state, is inserted into an insertion space formed between the transparent cover 14 and a case body 12 in the deforming state, and then is restored to the reception state in the insertion space.
