PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor of reinforcement work, by excellently sticking concrete, even if an ordinary steel pipe having no rib on an inner surface is used. SOLUTION: This structure is integrally joined by the concrete 4, by covering one end outer periphery of a reinforced concrete member 1 with the steel pipe 2.
