PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability at the rabbeting a wooden panel provided with only a groove at the periphery by use of a rabbeting member of a separate member and make the joint strength after the connection firm. SOLUTION: Two or more wooden panels 10 provided with grooves 14 at the intersecting sides are jointed by rabbeting member 20. The rabbeting member 20 has a first fitting part 21 and a second fitting part 22 intersecting it and at the same time fit with the grooves 14a, 14b of the both intersecting two sides of the adjacent at least two sheets of wooden panels 10A, 10B.
