Reduction in variability of composition of fertilisers, containing P and K, made from Thomas phosphate. Is effected by reaction of Thomas phosphate and triple phosphate in 2:1 mix, adding simultaneously K fertiliser (esp. KCl), followed by addition of granulating liquid (esp. water or brine), granulating, and drying until almost complete formation of P2O5 soluble in citric acid.
