<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with a protection circuit which is reset automatically upon detecting an abnormality in the voltage at a load section, in the temperature at the load section or a control section, or in the operation at the control section. <P>SOLUTION: The device with a protection circuit comprises a load section 4, a first power supply section 5 for supplying power to the load section 4, a control section 8 being supplied with power from the first power supply section 5 and controlling the load section 4, a section 2 for monitoring the load section 4 and the control section 8, and a reset section 3 for controlling the first power supply section 5 wherein the reset section 3 interrupts power supply from the first power supply section 5 when the monitoring section 2 detects an abnormality the load section 4 and/or the control section 8. Furthermore, the reset section 3 interrupts power supply from the first power supply section 5 when the monitoring section 2 detects an abnormality at least in one of the temperature at the load section 4 or the control section 8, the voltage at the load section 4 and the operation at the control section 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
