<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate positioning device in a working device that enables the actions of a plurality of Z-clamping mechanism for fixing the level of a printed board in the height direction to be performed stably. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 60 reads out the length of a selected printed board P in the transporting direction of the board P from a RAM 62, and controls the positioning pin 36 of a position regulator 35 to move on the basis of a center CL in the transporting direction. Namely, the CPU 60 rotates a ball screw 38 through pulleys 40 and 41 and a timing belt 42 by driving a drive motor 37. Consequently, a nut body 43 is guided by a guide 39 and the positioning pin 36 can be moved in the transporting direction of the printed board P by means of the drive motor 37. To be concrete, the CPU 60 calculates the distance which becomes the half the length of the printed board P in the transporting direction on the basis of the center CL in the transporting direction, and controls the positioning pin 36 to move to the position which is separated from the center CL by the calculated distance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
