<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially reduce complex programming work that comprises inputting program codes letter by letter, with the worker being concerned about where to describe the codes. <P>SOLUTION: An input screen for the items essential to the definition of a function is displayed in the display part of a computer. When data on each item are input on the input screen, a program code representing the definition of the function is created according to the item data inputted.
