ELECTRONIC COMMERCE SUPPORT SYSTEM, ELECTRONIC COMMERCE SUPPORT METHOD, INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TERMINAL, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor of a user required to input purchase candidate commodity information necessary in an electronic commerce.

SOLUTION: This system comprises the information communication terminal 1 used for the electronic commerce by the user; and an ID management DB server 2 for preliminarily storing communicative access information to a providing source of commodity sales information in association with commodity identification information for specifying a commodity, and providing corresponding access information when an inquiry based on commodity identification information is received through a communication line. The information communication terminal 1 comprises an input means for inputting an image or voice with commodity identification information added thereto, an information extraction means for extracting commodity identification information from the input image or voice, and an access means for making an inquiry to the ID management DB server 2 to acquire the access information corresponding to the extracted information, and accessing the providing source of the commodity sales information by use of the acquired access information.
