<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel health food containing vinegar and garlic, made so as to soften irritation of the vinegar and smell peculiar to the garlic to be easily eatable, making even a small amount of active ingredient of the vinegar or the garlic efficiently be taken, conveniently portable, and casually eatable regardless of places; and to provide a method for producing the health food. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the health food comprises the following process: mixing sugarcane vinegar, milled or ground garlic, yellow powdered soybean or soy flour, and saccharides together; maturing the mixture; concentrating the matured mixture via reduced-pressure distillation; forming the concentrated mixture into paste; and forming the pasted mixture into either of powder, granules, a soft capsule, a hard capsule or a tablet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
