PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly store a toggle spring mechanism in the toggle spring mechanism of a fishing reel. SOLUTION: The switching mechanism 52 of a spinning reel has a stopper shaft 53 for switching a one-way clutch 51 from an operation state to a nonoperation state. The stopper shaft 53 has a stopper knob 53a and a shaft part 53b to which the stopper knob 53a is fixed. The shaft part 53b has a cam member 71 which has a part of the outer periphery projecting in the radial direction and is integrally formed. The reel body 2a of the reel main body 2 is equipped with a first storage recessed part 2i, a second storage recessed part 2j and a third storage recessed part 2k which are furnished with a moving member 72 withdrawably arranged and brought into contact with the cam member 71 and a coil spring 73 for urging the moving member 72 in the direction of the cam member 71.
