PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out sending of E-mail to a member having an E-mail address after lapse of a certain time from an activity of the member. SOLUTION: An E-mail sending device has a member data storing means for storing member identification information for identifying the member in association with the E-mail address, a transmission mail storing means for storing E-mail data to be sent, a member identification information receiving means for receiving input of member identification information from a user, an E-mail address extraction means for extracting the E-mail address associated with the received member identification information, and an E-mail sending means. The E-mail sending means is configured to send the E-mail data stored in the transmission mail storing means to the E-mail address extracted by the E-mail address extraction means after lapse of a predetermined time from a point of receiving input of the member identification information by the member information input receiving means, or a point of extracting the E-mail address by the E-mail address extraction means.
