PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein specificity being the feature of immunoassay is developed in an enzyme immunoassay which is a conventional immunoassay of HbAlc, but since operation is complicated and about 3 hr is required in order to complete immunoassay measurement, it is necessary not only to facilitate operation but also to shorten the measurement time. SOLUTION: This fructosilamino acid labeled substance is obtained, by bonding at least two fructosilyamino acids having the structure of the feature region (epitope) of HbAlc to the surfaces of fine particles, and the immunoassay of HbAlc using this is also obtained.
