PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize the locations of contestants in a stadium and horses in a racetrack. SOLUTION: Receivers 10 are mounted to players contesting in the stadium 40 and horses running in the racetrack 40. Transmitters 30 are arranged in such a way as to surround the stadium (or the racetrack) 40. The receivers 10 receive signals transmitted by radio waves from the transmitters 30 and transmit data corresponding to the received signals to a processing device 20 over a wireless LAN etc. The processing device 20 receives the data transmitted from the receivers 10, measures the locations of the receivers 10 based on the data, and displays them on a screen of a prescribed display.
