CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR PRESS-IN PILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for driving a pile under a basic skeleton for carrying out base isolation repair work of the existing building. SOLUTION: Press-in load slightly more than design yield load required for the pile is mounted on a pile body to advance press-in. A creep settlement speed of the pile body mounting press-in load thereon is measured, and the pile body is driven up to a depth not more than control value for the creep settlement speed set in advance to complete.
