PURPOSE: An organic field effect light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve reflection efficiency at a region where an image is displayed and to suppress reflection at other regions. CONSTITUTION: An organic field effect light emitting display device includes first and second substrates(10,12) facing each other, a black matrix layer, a first electrode(31), a second electrode(33), and an organic layer(32). The black matrix layer is formed on the first substrate in a predetermined pattern. The first electrode is formed on the black matrix layer or a layer equivalent to the black matrix layer. The second electrode is formed on the first electrode to face the first electrode. The organic layer at least includes an organic light emitting layer which is applied between the first and second electrodes to emit light.
