FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with endoprosthetics of a hip joint at treating degenerative-dystrophic and traumatic diseases of a hip joint. While preparing an osseous bottom, its proximal part should be performed to be 1-2 mm wider against outline size of proximal department of endoprosthesis' pedicle, containing mesoporous plates out of biositall it is proximal part, and after introducing endoprosthesis' pedicle one should fill in the developed cavity between an osseous bottom and endoprosthesis' pedicle with porous granules of osteocompatible biositall at granules' diameter being 1-2 mm that improves reliability of fixation due to osteointegrative juncture of segment's osseous structures with implanted construction. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of fixation. ^ 2 ex |
