PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin storage and delivery device 19 increased in coin storage quantity by floating housed coins on a belt 35 while keeping the belt 35 as it is without vertically moving at the time of rotating the belt 35 in a housing direction R. SOLUTION: A pair of belts 35 are provided with a space in the belt width direction crossing to the belt rotating direction of the belts 35, and an eccentric cam 56 is provided in conformation to the position of the clearance. When the belts 35 are rotated in the housing direction R, the eccentric cam 56 is protruded from the bottom of a coin storage part 31 to above a belt upper surface area 35a through the clearance between the belts 35. The housed coins are floated by the eccentric cam 56, whereby a further large quantity of coins are moved in the housing direction R by the belts 35 to increase the coin storage quantity.
