PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bundle-twisted metal cord which ensures the advantages of a bundle-twisted structure, has enhanced rubber permeability thereinto, and has improved dimensional stability. SOLUTION: This bundle-twisted metal cord 10 comprising n (n=9 to 12) metal element wires F having an identical diameter is characterized in that the cord core portion 10 is formed of two or three inner metal element wires Fc using non-patterned element wires 20, and other metal element wires Fo forming the outside portion of the cord contain at least one patterned metal element wire 21 patterned in a dimensional shape having the repeated mountains and valleys of waves in a state before twisted.
