PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessive feed of grain rice and to prevent overflow thereof in a charge tank while continuously and rapidly performing milling and polishing by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: In a rice milling device which comprises a rice milling machine to mill grain rice and a means to allow milled rice taken out of an outlet of the rice milling machine to be switched among the discharge outside the rice milling machine and the storage on the charge tank side, and returns milled rice in the charge tank to the rice milling machine, and polishes the rice, a means for limiting the excessive feed of grain rice to be fed to the rice milling machine in an amount of milled rice over the value converted from the storage capacity of the charge tank is provided.
