PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device with little shutter's shake associated with the opening/closing of a shutter. SOLUTION: A focus unit 7 having the shutter device has a 2nd group guide frame 21, an LD base board 22 integrally fixed on the frame 21, and a 2nd group frame 23 supported to move relatively to the frame 21. A plunger solenoid device 55 and a focus motor 41 are attached to the board 22, and a 2nd group lens, shutter blades 31 and 32 which can be opened/closed and a shutter driving lever 29 are supported on the frame 23. The shutter blades are driven to be opened/closed through the lever 29 by the device 55, but the device 55 is attached to the board 22 side, whereby impact at the time of driving to open/close the shutter is hardly transferred to the frame 23, and the shutter's shake is restrained to be little.
