PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant pot with a high degree of designing freedom, capable of changing its volume and shape while keeping the bottom unchanged. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a knockdown type plant pot 1 comprising wall plates 2, an upper bottom plate 3, a lower bottom plate 4, bolts 5 for fixing and nuts 6, wherein the wall plate 2 is provided with a side plate 7 constituting the side wall of the plant pot 1, a trapezoidal tongue 8 constituting a part of the bottom of the plant pot 1, and the tongue 8 is protruded on the side plate 7. A cylindrical body is formed by connecting the requested number of the wall plates 2 so as to mutually counter the tongues 8 and change the connecting angles of the adjacent wall plates 2 if necessary, and engaging convexoconcaves of the upper bottom plate 3 and convexoconcaves of the tongue 8 to pinch the tongue 8 with the upper bottom plate 3 and the lower bottom plate 4 and then forms the plant pot 1 by fixing with the fixing bolts 5 and nuts 6.
